Place a 'square' digital ad on the highly viewed ASPHO website conference landing page.  This page is the second highest page for traffic on the ASPHO website and the traffic grows as it gets closer to the conference and for some time thereafter. The ad will also display on the conference travel webpage during the same posting time.  Limited to two stacked digital ads running at the same time.  The ads are located on the right-side white space below the associated quick links (see image).

This is the ideal opportunity to present an educational program to the ASPHO conference attendees in a formal setting.  The Corporate Educational Symposia are available at breakfast, lunch, and dinner times throughout the conference, and are during times when no other conflicting educational programming will be taking place.  The symposia are available as CME or non-CME programs, and may last between 60 to 90 minutes. 

The symposia are held in dedicated corporate symposia meeting rooms in the convention center, and have seating for approximately 110 in crescent rounds.  ASPHO provides the room set-up, a stage, podium, head table with seating, and basic audio visual (screen, projector, laptop, microphone, and sound system with tech support).  Catering and additional AV support are optional and available through the conference providers.

Hotel key cards for the official conference host hotels can be printed with your company’s name and message. Hotel key cards will be distributed to meeting attendees staying at the host convention hotels, providing repeated exposure each time an attendee uses his or her room key.

Multiple image locations are available in Montreal.  The image is limited to one slide of your choosing, and will remain visible for at least 2 minutes before rotating to the next slide image. Slides rotate continuously throughout the conference hours.  The Rotating Image is $7,500.

EXCLUSIVE IMAGE: Your two images will be the only commercial image projected onto a wall during the open hours of the conference.  This EXCLUSIVE opportunity is an excellent way to show your brand, or drive traffic to your booth or event.  Exclusive Image: $10,000.  

Your image will be prominently displayed on the stairway risers in a high-traffic stairway between one of the Session/Exhibit Hall/Registration levels.  Even if the attendees are riding the up escalators they will see the messaging on the adjacent stairs.  These clings may be placed in multiple locations and with multiple sizes and stair-count quantities available.  See attached sample images and locations.
