Engage your target audience through a 30-minute talk, demonstration, or video in one of the Education Theater time slots in the Exhibit Hall. This venue is an excellent way to present a new white paper, case study, or the research involved with a new product launch. Each presentation setup will include a screen, podium, basic AV, and seating for approximately 75, plus additional standing room. Presentation schedules will be listed on signage near the entrance to the Education Theater, on the ASPHO conference schedule website, in the mobile app and printed Pocket Guide*, plus a verbal announcement in the Exhibit Hall prior to the start of the program.
Deadline to submit presentation content to ASPHO for review/approval: April 1, 2027.
